Hitesh is the managing partner of Lockyer, Campbell, Posner. He formed LCP in 2005 with James Lockyer and Philip Campbell to create Toronto’s most influential criminal and quasi-criminal litigation boutique. His practice focuses on the defence of individuals, professionals and corporations charged with criminal, quasi-criminal and regulatory offences. He also takes on select civil cases and tax appeals. Richard has a special interest in white collar crime, appellate advocacy, constitutional litigation and teaching.
